- 1 8-ounce Cream cheese (softened)
- 6 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 8-ounce packages fresh whole mushrooms (stems removed)
- 1/2 stick butter (melted)
Instructions
- Wash mushrooms and remove stems
- Mix together softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded parmesan cheese (this can be made the night before and stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator)
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the mushroom tops. Dip the bottoms of the mushrooms in melted butter and place in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 300° for 20 minutes
