Sausage Gravy
Ingredients

- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 5 Tablespoons flour
- 5 Tablespoons butter (cut in 5 pads of 1 Tbsp each)
- 3 cups milk
Instructions
- In a large pot cook the sausage, don’t drain.
- Add the butter, 1 Tbsp at a time.
- Once the butter is melted add the flour and stir until the meat is well coated.
- Add the milk one cup at a time, stirring allowing the gravy to re-thicken each time.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with biscuits.
