Wash shrimp thoroughly and place in a large, shallow pan
Add celery and garlic
Squeeze juice from 2 lemons over top
Dot shrimp with butter and sprinkle with remaining ingredients
Place shrimp under broiler until butter melts and shrimp starts to turn pink (about 5 minutes), stirring several times.
When all shrimp are slightly pink, reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 15-20 minutes or until done, stirring often.
Do not overcook or shrimp will become mushy. Taste for doneness
Notes
This is great with a baked potato. Use the buttery juice from the cooked shrimp to season your potato. Also great with french bread to dip in the juices.
