  • 1 8-ounce Cream cheese (softened)
  • 6 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 8-ounce packages fresh whole mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 1/2 stick butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Wash mushrooms and remove stems
  2. Mix together softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded parmesan cheese (this can be made the night before and stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator)
  3. Stuff the cheese mixture into the mushroom tops. Dip the bottoms of the mushrooms in melted butter and place in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes
