Peppermint Dessert
You can use anything for the base/crust. If there are nut allergies, substitute with a graham cracker crust or a crushed chocolate wafer crust.

- 1 large box Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 3 ounces chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 gallon Peppermint Ice Cream, softened
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13 glass casserole pan lightly with cooking spray
- Mix crushed vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Spread into the bottom of the pan.
- Spread the softened ice cream over the crust
- Refreeze until firm
- Serve with warm Chocolate sauce over frozen dessert
