Peppermint Dessert

You can use anything for the base/crust. If there are nut allergies, substitute with a graham cracker crust or a crushed chocolate wafer crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 large box Vanilla Wafers, crushed
  • 3 ounces chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 gallon Peppermint Ice Cream, softened

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9×13 glass casserole pan lightly with cooking spray
  2. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Spread into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Spread the softened ice cream over the crust
  4. Refreeze until firm
  5. Serve with warm Chocolate sauce over frozen dessert
