Rotel Cheese Dip
This is not your typical Rotel Cheese dip. This is pureed and served cold.

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (Original)
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cubed)
Instructions
- Cut up Velveeta cheese into cubes and put into a blender with seasonings.
- Heat tomatoes with the juice until boiling. Pour over cheese in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a container, cover, and refrigerate until firm.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
