Rotel Cheese Dip

This is not your typical Rotel Cheese dip. This is pureed and served cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (Original)
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Cut up Velveeta cheese into cubes and put into a blender with seasonings.  
  2.  Heat tomatoes with the juice until boiling. Pour over cheese in the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a container, cover, and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
