Sopapilla Cheesecake
I love cooking for when friends come to our house! This dessert serves a lot of people. When you add vanilla ice cream and drizzle honey over it … heavenly!
Ingredients

- 2 big cans crescent rolls (for this recipe we used Pillsbury)
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 + 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 stick butter (melted)
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, vanilla, and 1 cup of sugar until smooth (we used a hand mixer)
- Unroll 1 package crescent rolls into a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on and then cover with 2nd package of crescent rolls.
- Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
If serving warm you can drizzle some honey on top and serve with vanilla bean ice cream on top.
