Teriyaki Marinade for Flank Steak or Chicken
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons green onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- flank steak or chicken breasts
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over meat and marinate 4 hours or more.
- Cook over hot coals. Baste occasionally with leftover marinade.
- Carve flank steak diagonally.
