- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 slices whole-wheat bread
- sugar free syrup
Instructions
- Assemble all ingredients and utensils
- In a large bowl combine the egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat lightly
- Heat a nonstick griddle or heavy skillet until hot
- Dip the bread slices in the liquid mixture and brown on both sides until golden
