  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 slices whole-wheat bread
  • sugar free syrup

Instructions

  1. Assemble all ingredients and utensils
  2. In a large bowl combine the egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat lightly
  3. Heat a nonstick griddle or heavy skillet until hot
  4. Dip the bread slices in the liquid mixture and brown on both sides until golden
